Elegant and ready to drink, this Pinot Noir puts freshness and aromatic finesse front and center: ripe red fruits that don't overpower, a hint of petal and a subtle earthy note that adds complexity without weighing it down. The palate is sleek and medium-bodied, supported by a lively acidity that makes the wine easy to drink; the tannins are fine and enveloping, contributing to a pleasant texture rather than an austere character. The persistence is modest and clean, with fruity echoes and a spicy touch on the finish that invites a second glass.

Well suited to simple yet carefully prepared tables: excellent with poultry dishes, mushroom-based preparations, delicate tartare and soft cheeses; it also stands up to charcuterie that isn’t overly aged. Serve cool, around 14–16 °C, and allow a few minutes of aeration if you prefer it softer when opened. It’s a Pinot Noir of balance and grace, ideal for those seeking a versatile and refined dining companion.
