Ponzi's Reserve Pinot Noir is a high-quality selection that reflects Ponzi Winery's commitment and mastery of producing exceptional Pinot Noir in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Ponzi Vineyards, one of the region's pioneer wineries, has helped establish Oregon as one of the most prestigious areas in the world for Pinot Noir production, through its dedication to quality, innovation and respect for terroir.

The "Reserve" represents a blend of the best Pinot Noir grapes harvested from the various parcels owned by Ponzi, located in highly suitable areas of the Willamette Valley. These vineyards benefit from a cool climate and variable soils, ranging from volcanic to sedimentary, giving the wine a unique complexity and depth. The careful selection of grapes, manual harvesting and carefully curated winemaking practices, which include fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in French oak barriques, contribute to creating a Pinot Noir Reserve of extraordinary elegance and structure.

Visually, Ponzi's Pinot Noir Reserve stands out with its deep and inviting ruby red color. On the nose, the wine offers a rich bouquet of intense and multi-layered aromas, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, accents of violet, sweet spices and a subtle touch of toasted wood, which reflect the quality of the refinement and l The harmonious interaction between wine and oak.

In the mouth, Pinot Noir Reserve surprises with its complexity and balance, with silky and well-integrated tannins that support an elegant structure and enveloping softness. The acidity is lively and well-dosed, bringing freshness and dynamism to the palate, while the red fruit flavors intertwine with earthy, mineral and subtle spice notes, culminating in a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of refinement and depth .

Perfect to accompany refined meat dishes, such as beef fillet, roast duck or dishes based on wild mushrooms, Ponzi's Pinot Noir Reserve is also an excellent wine for contemplation, which invites reflection and in-depth analysis, offering an experience tasting that celebrates the highest expression of Pinot Noir in Oregon and the winemaking art of Ponzi Vineyards.
