Pinot Rosa Trevenezie IGT Frizzante from Maschio shows a pale pink colour with a fine perlage that highlights the wine's frizzante character. On the nose there are delicate impressions of small red fruits and floral notes, accompanied by a mineral freshness that makes it easy to drink. The balance of acidity and structure feels saline and harmonious, with a lively finish inviting another sip. The palate is agile, light-bodied and of moderate persistence, suited to those seeking an unpretentious yet well-made rosé.

It pairs naturally with light appetizers, summer salads, subtly seasoned fish dishes and fresh cheeses, and can also accompany mildly spiced Asian preparations. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in wide glasses to enhance the aromatic profile. Ideal for aperitifs, casual gatherings, picnics and outdoor brunches, and as an alternative to white wine on informal occasions.
