Poli Miele is a liqueur obtained from a skilful fusion of grappa and acacia honey with the addition of essential oils of lemon verbena, mountain pine, mint and juniper, which give pleasant balsamic sensations.
It sports a beautiful cream color with light golden reflections; it releases balsamic and floral aromas of mountain pine and juniper, finely blended with hints of acacia and orange blossom. The distillate is pleasantly sweet, with an overall flavor profile in perfect harmony.
Excellent digestive to conclude a meal with refinement.

Distillation
Artisanal distillation with discontinuous water-bath stills (copper boilers) for grappas and distillates; a vacuum water-bath still (Crysopea) is used for some gin references.
Ageing
Aging in casks/barrique; specific examples include whisky aged in white oak casks for 5 years (e.g. Conclave) and products using barrique/solera systems for some aged grappas.
