Poli Mirtillo is obtained from grappa in a natural infusion of blueberry berries (Vaccinium Myrtillus), a fruit that since ancient times was used by northern populations to dye fabrics and also fermented and then distilled, to obtain a fruity and agreeable.
A pleasantly sweet liqueur, which conquers the sense of smell with its intense aroma that brings to mind a basket of fresh blueberries and tasty berries, and satisfies the palate with its unique and inimitable taste.

Distillation
Artisanal distillation with discontinuous water-bath stills (copper boilers) for grappas and distillates; a vacuum water-bath still (Crysopea) is used for some gin references.
Ageing
Aging in casks/barrique; specific examples include whisky aged in white oak casks for 5 years (e.g. Conclave) and products using barrique/solera systems for some aged grappas.
