The W. & J. Graham's Porto White Blend N. 5 meio-seco is a fine selection for lovers of Portuguese wines, who wish to discover a different variant from the traditional red Ports. This white wine, technically a "meio-seco" or semi-dry, expertly balances moderate sweetness with fresh acidity, making it incredibly versatile for various culinary pairings or to be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.

Produced in the renowned Douro region, the winemaking process for this white Porto follows rigorous quality standards. The selection of grapes is carried out with extreme care to ensure that only the best clusters are used. Fermentation is stopped by adding a special brandy to preserve the natural sugar of the grapes, giving the Porto its characteristic sweet-but-not-too-sweet flavor.

Upon tasting, the Porto White Blend N. 5 shows a bright golden yellow color, which heralds the pleasant aromas of ripe white fruit, notes of vanilla, and a hint of almond. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with an elegant fusion of flavors reminiscent of peach, candied lemon, and a light spicing that lingers in the finish.

It is recommended to serve this white Porto slightly chilled, at around 10°C, to enhance its freshness and aromatic complexity. It pairs excellently with richer fish dishes, such as salmon, or with creamy cheeses and dried fruit. A tasting experience that surprises and captivates, ideal for those who seek a dessert wine that stands out from the crowd.
