Pairing Aperitifs, light appetizers, fish
Fresh and ready to drink, this Prosecco Brut DOC shows a bright, accessible profile that invites the first sip. The perlage is fine and lively, supporting a light texture that doesn’t weigh down; on the nose delicate floral notes emerge, white-fleshed fruit and a citrusy sensation of fresh zest. The style is clean and savoury, with good acidity that gives drinkability and a youthful rhythm without sacrificing balance. Ideal for informal moments and to accompany appetizers and snacks.

On the palate it confirms the elegant simplicity of Prosecco: slender body, lively bubbles and a pleasant softness that makes the wine versatile. The persistence is pleasant rather than imposing, with fruity echoes that invite another glass. It works well as an aperitif, alongside seafood starters and light dishes; at the recommended serving temperature (around 6-8 °C) it best expresses its freshness. Also perfect for those seeking an everyday sparkling wine, able to bring liveliness without pretentious sophistication.

Terroir and vineyards
