The Organic DOC Prosecco Extra Dry "Gaggiandre" by Astoria is a sublime example that captures the essence of Veneto’s organic viticulture. This sparkling wine stands out for its carefully monitored production, adhering to strict organic standards that exclude the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, favoring a more natural and environmentally friendly approach.

Visually, the Prosecco Gaggiandre showcases a bright straw-yellow color with greenish hues, typical of the Glera grape variety from which it is made. Fine and persistent bubbles dance in the glass, heralding a fresh and inviting olfactory experience. On the nose, lively aromas of green apple, pear, and floral hints of acacia and wisteria are distinguished, enriched by a slight yeast note that adds complexity to the bouquet.

On the palate, this Prosecco reveals itself to be balanced and pleasantly acidic, with a non-intrusive sweetness that classifies it in the Extra Dry category. The fruity notes perceived on the nose also manifest in the mouth, accompanied by a pleasant creaminess that makes the sip round and satisfying. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a persistence that invites another sip.

Astoria's Gaggiandre is an excellent choice for aperitifs or to accompany light dishes such as seafood, vegetable crudités, or delicate appetizers. It is also perfect as the star of toasts during special occasions, capable of adding a touch of elegance and sustainability to the event. Ideal for wine lovers who appreciate authentic and environmentally friendly products.
