Prosecco DOC Brut Park from Vignarosa presents itself with a fresh, immediate voice: bright straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage that enlivens the glass. On the nose it opens with notes of white flowers and white peach, with lemon peel and a hint of fresh herbs; it's not intrusive, instead aiming for balance and lightness. On the palate it reveals a well-balanced dryness, lively acidity and a salinity that supports the sip, with fine bubbles that add creaminess and a clean, pleasant finish.

It is a nimble wine, designed for the aperitif but capable of accompanying seafood starters, fish-based dishes and light Mediterranean cuisine; it also stands up to fried foods and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, in a flute or narrow coupe to appreciate the perlage and freshness. Ideal where vivacity and drinkability are sought, it's a label that brings order to the table without overpowering, offering an immediate, convivial sip. It also proves versatile with flavorful vegetarian dishes and shellfish recipes; its lightness makes it suitable for different times of the day.
