Prosecco Bolla Extra Dry presents a fragrant, immediate profile: a fine, persistent perlage enlivens a bouquet of white flowers, white-fleshed apple and a light note of ripe citrus. On the nose it remains restrained and pleasant, with the residual sweetness typical of Extra Dry softening the contours without weighing it down, inviting the first sip. The color is a pale, luminous straw that promises a fresh, easy-to-drink character.

On the palate it is smooth and well balanced, with lively freshness and an enveloping softness supported by a saline note that lengthens the finish; the sensation is one of controlled lightness, suited to those who prefer a non-aggressive bubble. Perfect for aperitifs, crudo and delicate fish dishes, it also pairs well with fried starters or lightly sweet desserts. Serve well chilled and enjoy in tulip glasses that showcase the aromas; it is a versatile companion for convivial, informal occasions.
