Bottega Gold is a Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut made from Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, Veneto. Its Mathusalem format gives the bottle an impressive presence, making it ideal for important toasts, celebrations and convivial occasions. In the glass, it is brilliant straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is distinctive and refined, offering fruity notes of green apple, pear and citrus, followed by floral hints of white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley.

On the palate, it is soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slender body and well-balanced acidity. The alcohol content is 11%. Serve chilled at 4-5 °C, preferably in a flute. It is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with creamed salt cod, Prosecco risotto and salt-baked sea bass fillet. The distinctive golden Bottega Gold bottle adds a stylish finishing touch, making this Prosecco an appealing choice for tastings, festive tables, special events and occasions dedicated to sharing. Its generous format is particularly suited to group celebrations and memorable toasts.
