Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Fresh and immediately pleasing, this Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Le Monde is characterized by a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, apple and ripe pear, with citrus hints that brighten its profile. The perlage is fine and lively, supporting a light but flavorful sip: fresh acidity balances a slight residual softness, creating a smooth, inviting equilibrium. It has an elegant yet informal style, meant for immediate drinking rather than long development; the impression remains clean and pleasantly persistent, with fruity echoes and a delicate minerality.

Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in flutes or tulip glasses to contain the perlage and accentuate its freshness; it is perfect as an aperitif and pairs naturally with seafood starters, light fried dishes, sushi, summer salads and fresh cheeses. It also works well for informal toasts and convivial tables, when you want a sparkling wine that is immediate, versatile and not overdone. Recommended for those who enjoy lively bubbles and an unfussy but well-balanced sip.

Terroir and vineyards
