Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Elegant and lively, this Prosecco Rosé Brut DOC shows a pale pink color with powdery highlights and fine, persistent bubbles that open the palate with directness. On the nose it offers fragrant notes of small red fruits and white flowers, combined with a citrus streak that makes the bouquet immediate and pleasant without being intrusive. The palate is dry, fresh and savory; well-balanced acidity gives lift while the effervescent texture keeps the wine lean and flowing, with a persistence that invites another sip without weighing it down.

It works well as an aperitif to accompany seafood starters, sushi and crustacean dishes, but it also stands up to more contemporary pairings such as seasonal salads and finger food. Serve fairly cold, around 6-8°C, in a flute to highlight the bubbles and freshness. It is ideal for parties and toasts but also a versatile companion for light meals: able to balance delicate flavors without overpowering them and to bring liveliness to the table.
