Prosecco Superiore DOCG by Bolla presents fine, lively bubbles that support an immediate, enjoyable sip.

On the nose there are delicate floral and fruity notes, with hints of apple and wildflowers that never become overpowering; on the palate the typical sweetness of an extra dry is well balanced by freshness and a slight saline note that invites another glass. The body is slender but flavorsome, the texture soft and the finish modest: a wine style that emphasizes drinkability without sacrificing character. Chilled, it shows at its best as an aperitif and pairs well with light dishes: seafood salads, lightly seared shellfish or preparations featuring fresh cheeses. It is also ideal for informal social occasions when a versatile, welcoming wine is desired; serve in a large wine glass to appreciate the aromas and keep the temperature around 6–8 °C to preserve the liveliness of the bubbles.
