The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Brut Nature by La Rupe is born in the heart of the Treviso hills, a region renowned for the production of high-quality sparkling wines. Made exclusively from Glera grapes, this Brut Nature stands out for its complete absence of residual sugars, offering a fresh and pure expression of the territory. The winemaking takes place using the Charmat method, which enhances the freshness and delicacy of the bubbles, making the wine lively and fragrant. On the nose, aromas of green apple, acacia flowers, and citrus notes emerge, while on the palate it is dry, harmonious, and with a pleasant sapidity that invites the next sip. Perfect as an aperitif, it excellently accompanies fish dishes or light appetizers, enhancing every pairing with its brilliance and lightness. A wine that embodies the spontaneous elegance and the winemaking tradition of Valdobbiadene.
