This Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG Millesimato presents as a fresh, approachable sparkling wine. It shows fine, persistent perlage and a pale straw color. On the nose it reveals delicate notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with light citrus hints that lend a sense of lightness; the aromatic profile remains clean and not overpowering. On the palate it displays a balance between lively acidity and a subtle softness, with discreet minerality and a lean, pleasant finish.

Served chilled, around 6–8 °C, it works well as an aperitif but also to accompany starters and simply prepared seafood dishes, salads and fresh cheeses. It is versatile for informal pairings and suitable for convivial moments and light celebrations. To enhance its aromas, pour it into tulip-shaped glasses, which help preserve perlage and freshness; it also pairs nicely with finger food and small fruit-based desserts. It is recommended to consume it young to appreciate its characteristic freshness and the liveliness of the bubbles.
