The Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG is a refined expression deeply linked to the territory of the heart of Tuscany, where the Querciabella winery, with its commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture, produces wines that are true emblems of Italian wine excellence . Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, Querciabella covers some of the best soil in the region, including vineyards in the areas of Greve, Panzano, Radda and Gaiole, which contribute to the complexity and variety of its Chianti Classico.

Sangiovese, the protagonist grape variety of this wine, is cultivated with environmentally friendly techniques that aim to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard and best express the unique characteristics of each parcel. Querciabella's philosophy places great emphasis on sustainability and biodiversity, rejecting the use of synthetic chemicals in favor of practices that respect the land and promote the health of the vineyards.

Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG stands out for its elegance and balance, the result of careful vinification that includes fermentation with indigenous yeasts and refinement in barriques and tonneaux that harmonizes the tannic structure without overpowering the fresh expressiveness of the fruit. This process reflects the winery's goal of creating wines that are a true reflection of their terroir.

Visually, the wine has an intense ruby red color, typical of Sangiovese. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, with notes of cherry, raspberry and violet, enriched by nuances of aromatic herbs, sweet spices and a light touch of moist earth and leather, which add depth. In the mouth, Querciabella Chianti Classico DOCG reveals a solid but elegant structure, with fine tannins and a lively acidity that supports a long aromatic persistence, with flavors of ripe red fruits and a characteristic mineral finish.

Ideal to accompany Tuscan and Italian cuisine dishes, such as pasta with ragù, roast meats and mature cheeses, this wine is also perfect to be enjoyed on its own, allowing you to fully appreciate its richness and complexity.

With its Chianti Classico DOCG, Querciabella demonstrates not only a profound respect for tradition and the territory but also an innovative commitment to sustainable viticulture practices, creating wines that are at the same time a pure expression of Sangiovese and testimony to a responsible production ethic.
