Il Querciantica - Vino & Visciole della Cantina Velenosi è un’elegante espressione della tradizione marchigiana, ottenuto dalla fermentazione di visciole, una varietà selvatica di ciliegie, con vino rosso. Questo particolare metodo di produzione conferisce al vino un profilo aromatico avvolgente e una dolcezza equilibrata.

Alla vista si presenta di un intenso colore rosso rubino con riflessi violacei. Al naso emergono note seducenti di ciliegia matura, amarena e frutti di bosco, arricchite da sfumature speziate e balsamiche. Al palato è morbido e vellutato, con una dolcezza ben bilanciata dalla freschezza dell’acidità, che dona armonia e persistenza.

Perfetto in abbinamento con dessert a base di cioccolato fondente, pasticceria secca e formaggi erborinati, è ideale anche come vino da meditazione.

Indicative production stated on the official website: approximately 2,500,000 bottles.
Winery history
Founded in the late 1980s by Angela and Ercole Velenosi, the winery grew with the addition of partners and technical consultants and today combines artisanal methods with modern technologies. From its base in Ascoli Piceno, the winery's operations have expanded across several estates in the area, and it has established an international presence supported by ongoing communication and collaboration with external oenologists.
Production philosophy
The winery states it sees wine as an artistic value born from the balance between tradition and innovation: respect for natural rhythms, careful work in the vineyard and cellar, and continuous research to produce clean wines recognizable for their territorial character.
