The Raboso del Piave DOC di Casa Roma is a wine that embodies the authentic characteristics of the Venetian territory, where the Raboso grape finds its natural expression. Characterized by a robust structure and lively acidity, this wine presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, light spices, and a slightly almond-like note typical of Raboso stand out. The aging, generally carried out in steel to preserve freshness and vitality, enhances the sapidity and pronounced tannins, perfect to accompany meat dishes and aged cheeses.
