Recantina Asolo Montello DOC Augusto by Giusti Wine is a red wine whose name refers to Recantina and the Asolo Montello DOC designation. It is an option for those who would like to explore a bottle associated with this designation and prefer to choose their wine by the name shown on the label. As no specific information is available about the vintage or tasting characteristics, it is best to let the wine speak for itself in the glass, without attributing undocumented aromas or sensations to it. The identity presented by the producer therefore remains central to the choice.

At the table, it can accompany meat dishes, pasta with a savoury sauce and cheeses, or be served at a relaxed meal with friends. These are general suggestions for a red wine and can be adapted to the menu and personal preferences. To make the most of it, serve it in a suitable glass and allow it time to open up. Augusto is worth considering for anyone looking for a Giusti Wine label bearing the name Recantina and the Asolo Montello DOC designation, without relying on unavailable tasting notes.

Terroir and vineyards
The main estate lies between Montello and the Piave’s right-bank floodplain, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia: around 130 hectares of vineyards divided among ten estates. The company also farms two plots in Valpolicella Classica. Pinot Grigio Longheri is made from grapes grown in the Longheri vineyard, part of the Rolando estate in the Nervesa della Battaglia area.
