Its base consists of selected molasses, carefully distilled to enhance complex aromas of vanilla, caramel, and sweet spices, enriched with hints of red fruits and spicy woody notes derived from aging in port barrels. On the palate, it is soft, warm, and velvety, with an elegant balance between sweetness and gustatory depth.
Ideal to enjoy neat or with a cube of ice, this rum pairs well with dark chocolate desserts or dried fruits, but it is also an excellent base for refined cocktails. Its unique personality reflects Caribbean tradition and the care of original aging.
