The Rhum Macollo Black 12Y is a fine expression of rum, meticulously distilled and aged for 12 years in oak barrels, which impart a surprising depth and complexity of aromas. On the nose, warm notes of vanilla and caramel emerge, intertwined with hints of dried fruit and sweet spices, such as nutmeg and black pepper. On the palate, the Rhum Macollo Black is smooth yet structured, with a harmonious balance between sweetness and spices. The finish is long and pleasantly enveloping, with echoes of toasted wood and dark chocolate.
