This exclusive rum comes from the renowned Barbados region, known for producing some of the best rums in the world. The 2008 is a particularly appreciated vintage for its superior quality.
Resulting from a meticulous distillation process in copper stills and subsequently aged in oak casks, the Mount Gilboa 2008 offers a complex and intensely aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit and molasses are immediately distinguishable, enriched by spicy and slightly toasted nuances. On the palate, its soft and velvety texture releases flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and a hint of walnut, culminating in a long and sweetly persistent finish.
