This rum from the Isle of Fiji offers an immediate, enveloping aromatic profile. On the nose there are notes of ripe tropical fruit — pineapple and banana — supported by molasses and cane sugar, without excessive sweetness. There is a pleasant aromatic clarity and a moderate presence of sweet spices that gives it character. The palate is round, warm and well balanced: the structure does not overpower the softness, leaving room for a harmonious progression that invites a second glass.

On the palate the texture is silky, with a warm but never aggressive sensation; the initial sweetness evolves into vanilla and light toasted notes that temper the persistence and keep it fresh, yielding a finish that is long rather than intrusive. It’s a versatile rum: perfect to enjoy neat or with a single ice cube to open up its profiles, but also well suited to interpretations in classic cocktails or alongside desserts based on dark chocolate and exotic fruit. Serving temperature around 18–20 °C.
