The Ribolla Gialla Brut from the Astoria winery, under the Xala label, is a refined and distinctive expression of one of the most celebrated native grape varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This sparkling wine, made using the long Charmat method, features a fine and persistent bubble that captivates at first glance with its delicate and inviting perlage.

On the nose, the Ribolla Gialla Brut from Astoria unfolds with an aromatic bouquet revealing notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, enriched by a subtle hint of ripe citrus that lends freshness. Floral hints of acacia and wisteria add elegance to the olfactory profile.

On the palate, these complex aromatic characteristics are fully present, accompanied by a lively acidity that balances the fruit intensity. The Ribolla Gialla Brut displays great drinkability and a clean finish, with a slightly mineral end that invites another sip. It has a medium body and the harmony of its taste components makes it an excellent aperitif or a versatile companion for light dishes, seafood, or delicate risottos.

Astoria's approach to winemaking, which combines traditional methods with modern technologies, is reflected in the quality and distinctive expression of this sparkling wine. The Ribolla Gialla Brut is ideal for those seeking an elegant and versatile sparkling wine, capable of elevating special moments or enriching the everyday table with a touch of Friulian sophistication.
