The Ribolla Gialla DOC - Colli Orientali Friuliani from Livio Felluga conveys the grape’s character with restraint. In the glass it shows a pale yellow, luminous hue; the nose suggests white flowers, white peach and subtle citrus hints, accompanied by a note of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is marked by immediate freshness, a balance between acidity and sapidity and a gentle texture that makes the sip smooth and pleasant, with a clean and persistent finish.

It pairs naturally with seafood appetizers, raw fish, first courses with fish or vegetables, and fresh cheeses, and also works well as an aperitif. It is advisable to serve it chilled, in a not overly large glass, to preserve its delicate aromas. As a young, ready-to-drink white wine, it is recommended to consume it within a few years of release to enjoy its freshness and the vibrant expression of the grape. Always.

Winery history
Founded by Livio Felluga in 1956 after the post‑war rebuilding; Livio is regarded as the 'patriarch' of Friulian winemaking (he died in the night between Dec 21–22, 2016). The estate is family‑run (children Maurizio, Filippo, Elda and Andrea). The wine 'Illivio' was created by his children in 1998 and dedicated to him for his 85th birthday.
Production philosophy
Terroir-focused approach: careful vineyard work, respect for the territory (Rosazzo) and pursuit of quality. The 'Carta Geografica' serves as a manifesto of regional identity; wines are elegant, age-worthy and strongly expressive of place.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the Rosazzo ridge and in the Colli Orientali del Friuli (province of Gorizia). Soils listed in technical sheets: marl and sandstone flysch of Eocene origin.
Awards and recognitions
Widespread attention and positive evaluations from wine critics: several of the winery's wines have received high scores in trade publications and international guides.
