The Riesling "Alte Reben" from Weingut Weegmüller is a superlative selection that encapsulates the richness and complexity of the Riesling grape variety, grown on old vines with a deep capacity to express the terroir of origin. Located in the famous Pfalz region of Germany, Weingut Weegmüller boasts a long winemaking tradition, being one of the oldest wineries masterfully led by a female line of winemakers.

The Riesling "Alte Reben" stands out for its extraordinary balance between lively acidity and a rich palette of aromas. On the nose, it presents intense notes of white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and apricot, followed by nuances of white flowers and a very subtle mineral trace, reminiscent of flint, which adds elegance and complexity. On the palate, the wine shows a remarkable concentration of flavors, reinforced by a well-integrated acidic vein that leads to a persistent and refreshing finish.

Particularly recommended to accompany delicate fish or seafood dishes, this Riesling is also an excellent partner for Asian cuisine, thanks to its ability to balance spices and intense flavors. It is also a great choice as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the appetite with its incisive freshness.

Serve chilled to fully enjoy its qualities, the Riesling "Alte Reben" from Weingut Weegmüller proves to be an enriching and memorable wine experience for every white wine enthusiast.

Over more than eleven generations the property has developed across the hills of Haardt/Neustadt, maintaining a strong local tradition while renewing itself over time with new winemaking approaches.

Located in Neustadt-Haardt, in the Mittelhaardt sector of the Pfalz, the estate's vineyards are planted on Buntsandstein, lette, loess and silty gravel soils. The estate farms parcels in many local Lagen, including Herrenletten, Bürgergarten, Herzog and Mandelring, cited as key sites for its wines.
