The Riesling Grosse Gewächs - Kalkofen from Bassermann-Jordan is an exquisite example of the finesse that Pfalz wines can offer. Coming from one of Germany's most renowned wine regions, this wine enchants with its perfect harmony between intensity and elegance.

The Kalkofen vineyard, known for its limestone terroir, imparts a distinctive character and clear minerality to the wine. It stands out for its impeccable balance and refined structure. On the nose, intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits, such as peach and green apple, can be perceived, enriched by hints of white flowers and a slight note of wet stone, typical of the soil's mineral origin.

On the palate, the Riesling Grosse Gewächs offers lively freshness, supported by a well-balanced acidity that promises excellent aging potential. The persistence of fruity flavors is long and pleasantly complex, with an aftertaste that invites another sip.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with refined dishes of fish, seafood, or white meats. A true gem for Riesling lovers seeking a wine with character and longevity.
