The Riseis Pecorino IGP from Agriverde is an exceptional quality white wine hailing from the Abruzzo region, an area renowned for producing distinctive and character-rich wines. This wine is exclusively crafted from Pecorino grapes, an indigenous variety that has found a rare and sensitive interpreter in Agriverde's philosophy.

The vinification of Riseis Pecorino adheres to methods that respect the original fruit and the essence of the terroir. The result is a wine that astonishes with its freshness and vibrancy. Its aromatic profile is dominated by ripe fruit notes such as peaches and apricots, enriched with subtle floral nuances and a touch of aromatic herbs.

The unique characteristic of this wine also lies in its structure: on the palate, it presents a well-balanced medium body with a surprising acidity that makes it particularly drinkable. Its taste persistence is pleasantly long, accompanied by a minerality that reflects the calcareous and clayey soil on which the vines grow.

Agriverde's enologists recommend serving Riseis Pecorino IGP at a temperature of around 8-10°C to enhance its unique qualities. It is ideal paired with light appetizers, fish or vegetable dishes, and fresh cheeses. This wine not only seduces the palate but also harmonizes brilliantly with a variety of flavors.

In conclusion, Riseis Pecorino IGP is a refined and versatile specimen that elegantly and freshly celebrates the winemaking heritage of Abruzzo, while maintaining Agriverde's commitment to producing organic and sustainable wines. A valuable addition to any collection of high-quality Italian wines.
