Pairing Red meats, cold cuts, aged cheeses
Ro' Longanesi Rosso Ravenna IGT from Romandiola presents a frank and immediate profile: in the glass a bright ruby red that invites a sip. The bouquet offers ripe red fruits without excess, hints of sweet spices and a light herbaceous note that keeps the wine lively and intriguing. The balance between freshness and structure is well calibrated; the tannins are present but soft, supported by a pleasant savory minerality that propels the sip toward a clean, persistent finish.

On the palate the wine shows balance and drinkability, suitable both for everyday drinking and for more convivial meals. It pairs naturally with red meat dishes, roasts and pasta with ragù, but also stands up well to charcuterie boards and semi-aged cheeses; I suggest serving it around 16–18 °C to appreciate its freshness and aromatic clarity. A direct and sincere red that speaks of its territory without affectation and leaves room for the pleasure of the dish.
