The Roero Arneis by Ca' Bianca is a white wine that represents with elegance and finesse one of the most noble and characteristic vines of Piedmont, Arneis. Located in the prestigious Roero area, known for its sandy and calcareous soils which give the wines a marked minerality and freshness, Ca' Bianca produces this wine with the aim of enhancing the varietal qualities of Arneis, enhancing the winemaking tradition of the region through modern and sustainable winemaking techniques.

Visually, it has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that anticipate its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and aromatic, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as pear and green apple, enriched by floral nuances and a light mineral touch, which reflect the complexity and elegance of the wine.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, with a well-integrated acidic freshness that supports the fruity and floral notes, leaving a sensation of pleasantness and cleanliness on the palate. The subtle minerality blends with the softness of the wine, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by refined elegance.

Ideal as an aperitif, Ca' Bianca's Roero Arneis is also an excellent companion for light appetizers, fish, seafood and white meat dishes. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of gastronomic combinations, always offering a highly satisfying tasting experience.

With its Roero Arneis, Ca' Bianca confirms its commitment to the production of wines that are an authentic expression of the territory and the viticultural variety, offering a product that combines tradition and innovation, for a high quality result that satisfies white wine lovers Piedmontese.
