Romagna Albana Secco DOCG Valleripa from Tenuta Casali presents itself as a dry white made from Albana grapes under organic farming. Pale straw in color, it offers a clean, restrained aromatic profile: notes of white flowers, ripe pear and green apple emerge, with light citrus hints and a delicate almond nuance. On the palate it shows lively freshness and good sapidity, balanced structure and a tidy finish that highlights drinkability. The approach is measured and regionally oriented, without olfactory excesses, suitable for those seeking a modern yet traditonally recognisable dry white from Romagna.

It pairs easily with dishes of oily fish, shellfish and molluscs, with Mediterranean vegetable preparations and light white meats. Works well as an aperitif wine or with fresh, unaged cheeses. Serve at around 10–12 °C and preferably drink young to enjoy the freshness and primary aromas. Tenuta Casali presents with Valleripa an organic Albana Secco intended for everyday use and informal occasions, maintaining a restrained and approachable profile.

Winery history
Founded by Valerio and Paolo Casali in 1978 to continue the business their grandfather Mario began in the 1940s, Tenuta Casali is today also led by the new generation. The estate has developed its identity by cultivating indigenous grape varieties and reviving historic vineyards in the Mercato Saraceno area.
Production philosophy
The approach is agricultural and focused on protecting the land: "artisan" wines with minimal cellar intervention, hand harvesting, soil care, and targeted experimentation. Time in the vineyard and the cellar is regarded as a fundamental ingredient, with attention to sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Mercato Saraceno subzone, in the Valle del Savio. The vines grow on river terraces with mixed soils of gravel, sand, marl and clay; the significant diurnal temperature range and proximity to the Apennines contribute to the wines' freshness and intensity.
