The Romagna Albana Secco DOCG Frangipane from Tenuta La Viola is a dry white wine that expresses the Albana grape in a fresh, straightforward way. Straw-yellow in color, it offers a floral and fruity profile with hints of white flowers, ripe pear and citrus, accompanied by a light almond note that adds complexity without being overpowering. The approach is lean and clean, with well-balanced acidity that supports the fruit and gives the sip liveliness.

On the palate it shows medium body and a pleasant dry finish; the finish is dry and savory, suitable for those seeking a wine with character that is not overly structured. It pairs with seafood appetizers, fish dishes, light white meats and fresh cheeses; it is also effective as an aperitif. Preferably serve around 10–12 °C in a white wine glass, opening it a few minutes if needed to let the aromas emerge.
