It is a dry Albana that captivates with immediacy and clarity: the aromatic profile plays on wildflowers and light-fleshed fruit, with a slight almond note that doesn’t weigh it down. On the palate it shows a balance centered on freshness and sapidity, medium body and a texture that remains fluid; the acidic thread supports the finish well, leaving a sensation of cleanliness and an invitation to the next sip. The organic certification is noticeable in the aromatic clarity and an underlying naturalness that makes the wine honest and transparent.

It lends itself naturally to being served slightly chilled and to early consumption, ideal for structured aperitifs or as a companion to seafood starters, shellfish, delicate risottos and fresh cheeses. It also works with herb-based dishes or grilled vegetables, where its freshness cleans the palate without masking the flavors. A good-value wine for those seeking a vibrant, versatile Italian white for everyday dining.
