Pagadebit, from the Romagna dialect "pays debts", is a hugely generous grape variety, considered since the 1970s as a "solver" of economic situations in the most difficult years, should the outcome of the harvest of the other grapes be negative. it allowed the winemaker to cover the debts of managing the farm.
It has a more or less intense straw yellow colour. The intense aroma recalls the characteristic one of the hawthorn. The sip is pleasant and delicate, as well as harmonious and herbaceous.
A particularly versatile wine that goes perfectly with all seafood dishes, fresh cheeses, soups, creams and soups.
