Romagna Rosato DOC - Terre dei Malatesta expresses an immediate, clean character: in its pale pink hue you can perceive crunchy, juicy fruit, with echoes of wild strawberry and young cherry and a delicate floral background. On the palate it’s nimble, supported by vibrant freshness and a sapidity that increases its drinkability; the body is flavorful without being demanding, with no tannins and a texture that flows compactly toward a clean finish with good persistence. The sip also shows a light herbaceous field note that lightens the mouthful and enhances its versatility.

It lends itself to everyday drinking but can also accompany dishes: excellent with seafood starters, summer salads, light first courses and traditional cured meats; it also works well with a pizza whose topping isn’t too aggressive. Great as an aperitif and for outdoor lunches in warm seasons. Serve chilled, around 10–12°C, in large glasses to appreciate its finer aromas. Perfect for those looking for a sincere, immediate rosé to sip both in company and as a versatile table wine.
