Rosato Caldaria by Agriverde shows a delicate, luminous and transparent pale pink hue that discreetly invites a sip. On the nose there are well-balanced fruity and floral notes, with hints of small red berries and wildflowers that do not overpower the pleasant freshness. The palate is smooth and measured: lively acidity, a fine texture and a light but sufficiently present body to support the sip; the finish is clear and clean, with a persistence that encourages continued tasting.

A wine made for conviviality, it pairs naturally with seafood salads, grilled fish, Mediterranean appetizers and simple summer pasta dishes. Served chilled, around 10–12 °C, it expresses the best balance between fragrance and sapidity and is also enjoyable as an aperitif wine. Its versatility makes it a practical choice in the kitchen and at the table, where it will balance delicate ingredients without weighing down the everyday meal.
