The Rosato IGT "Il Patto" from Cantine del Notaio presents as an immediately pleasing wine, intended to be enjoyed young and suited to those seeking light, straightforward drinks. In the glass it shows a pale, clear rosé color; on the nose there are delicate notes of small red fruits, floral nuances and a slight herbaceous hint that enhances freshness. On the palate it is balanced, with lively acidity and very restrained tannins, supported by a discreet persistence that invites a second sip without being intrusive.

It works well as an aperitif or paired with light fish dishes, salads and summer vegetable preparations; it is also suitable for informal gatherings with friends. Serve chilled, not ice cold, to appreciate its aromatic profile and light structure. The description is limited to perceptible sensory elements: color, aroma and taste, without information on vintage or unspecified techniques.
