Rosa dei Venti shows a bright cherry-pink color that invites a sip; on the nose it offers clear sensations of ripe strawberry and small red fruits, with hints of citrus and a light floral note that keeps the drinking experience interesting. On the palate it is saline and light-bodied, the acidity is lively without being aggressive and supports a good length; the balance between freshness and softness makes it immediately appealing but not trivial, perfect for those looking for a rosé with character without too many pretensions.

It lends itself naturally to an aperitif, simple fish dishes, composed salads and light pastas; it stands up well to delicate cured meats and light grilled preparations. Serve chilled, preferably in not-too-large glasses to preserve its aromatic profile, and it is greatly appreciated both in warm seasons and as an accompaniment to informal meals. A Marche IGT rosé that speaks of pleasantness and everyday drinkability, with restrained but recognizable personality.
