The Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT Rapitala catches the eye with a bright pink, pale yet with good color intensity. In the glass there are scents of small red fruits and citrus peel, followed by a slight floral hint that makes the bouquet immediate and pleasant. The palate is frank and clean: lively freshness and well-balanced sapidity lead a slim but coherent body, with restrained softness and barely noticeable tannins that carry the wine to a persistent and pleasant finish.

Well suited as an aperitif and as a companion to everyday cooking, it pairs easily with seafood salads, grilled fish, vegetables and light cured meats. Winery history

The estate was created through the reconstruction undertaken by Hugues Bernard conte de la Gatinais and Gigi Guarrasi after the earthquake in the Valle del Belice. Founded in 1968, the winery has grown by blending indigenous and international grape varieties, maintaining a production approach focused on elegance and a close connection to the territory, now carried forward by the winemaking team listed on the winery's website.

Production philosophy

To showcase Sicily’s diverse micro-terroirs through a sustainable, organic approach to viticulture, with the aim of combining the richness of the Mediterranean landscape with the elegance of French savoir‑faire.
