The "Fuori Misura" Toscana IGT Rosato, produced by the renowned San Giusto a Rentennano winery, is a wine that embodies the richness and versatility of the Tuscan territory. This rosato is the result of a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, with a small contribution from other local varieties, which help to define its unique and distinctive aromatic profile.

The winemaking process involves brief skin maceration to extract the right color and varietal aromas, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is then allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruity characteristics of the grapes.

On the nose, the "Fuori Misura" Toscana IGT Rosato offers intense aromas of fresh red fruit, such as strawberries and cherries, with floral notes and a slight herbal hint that enhances its complexity. On the palate, the wine is lively and refreshing, with a perfect balance between acidity and body, making it extremely enjoyable to drink.

The color is a bright and inviting pink, which foreshadows the lightness and freshness this wine brings with it. Ideal to be served chilled, the "Fuori Misura" Rosato is perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, summer salads, grilled fish, and fresh cheeses.

This rosato from San Giusto a Rentennano is an excellent example of how rosé wines can be complex and intriguing, offering a tasting experience that is both relaxing and stimulating. A must-have for lovers of elegant and characterful wines.
