The Rosé Brut Cuvée dei Frati, produced by the renowned winery Cà dei Frati, is a sparkling wine that represents excellence among Italian rosé wines. Thanks to a careful blend of grapes sourced from the shores of Lake Garda, this sparkling wine embodies all the qualities a wine enthusiast desires for festive occasions or refined pairings.

The Cuvée dei Frati is distinguished by its pale and delicate pink color, almost an invitation to discover its aromas of small red berries, notes of fresh bread, and a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, the fine and persistent perlage is complemented by a freshness that perfectly balances its structure.

Vinification follows the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle that imparts unique characteristics of complexity and creaminess to this sparkling wine. The Rosé Brut Cuvée dei Frati is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatile nature also makes it perfect for pairing with fish dishes, white meats, or delicate fresh cheeses.

For those seeking a wine that provides a refined tasting experience, this label from Cà dei Frati is a choice that combines winemaking tradition, technical innovation, and meticulous attention to every detail of the production process. Inviting to sip and admire, this sparkling wine certainly stands out among the preferred choices for connoisseurs and enthusiasts exploring new gems in the Italian wine landscape.

Winery history
The estate is documented as far back as 1782, and its present course took shape when Felice Dal Cero moved to Lugana di Sirmione in 1939. The Dal Cero family progressively bottled and promoted Lugana; in 1969 Pietro Dal Cero took part in the establishment of the appellation by bottling its first label. Today the estate is managed by succeeding generations of the family, who carry on production and activities tied to the local area.
Production philosophy
Careful work in the vineyard and cellar, with separate vinifications for each vineyard to capture the different expressions of the terroir. The estate declares respect for the raw material, up-to-date techniques and carefully planned ageing to produce wines with integrity and longevity.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate's main vineyards are concentrated in the Lugana di Sirmione area and around the tower of San Martino della Battaglia on Lake Garda; in the early 2000s the estate also acquired approximately 11 hectares in Valpolicella, where the Amarone 'Pietro Dal Cero' is produced.
