In the glass it shows a luminous pale pink. On the nose it opens with crisp red fruits — strawberry and raspberry — crossed by a citrus note and light white flowers; the Nero d'Avola grape is recognizable in the balanced concentration, without excess. Feudo Maccari's hand is evident in the clean style: clear aromas, good freshness and a subtle herbal streak that recalls the Mediterranean scrub.

On the palate it is lean and smooth, with lively acidity that frames a pleasant salinity; the body remains moderate and the tannins are almost absent, useful only to provide tension. Moderate persistence, a sip that invites drinking and pairing. Serve chilled but not ice-cold, around 8–10 °C, with fish tartare, summer salads, shellfish dishes or delicate cured meats; also perfect for an outdoor aperitif when you're looking for a flavorful yet easy-drinking rosé.
