Pairing Appetizers, light dishes, fish
Pale pink with salmon highlights, this Ritterhof rosé IGT presents a fragrant, immediate profile. On the nose there are sensations of wild strawberry mixed with light citrus notes and a discreet floral accent; the palate is fresh, medium-bodied and well balanced by a savory minerality that supports the drinking. Absent or very soft tannins and good acidity make the wine smooth but with a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.

Served chilled it’s perfect as an aperitif but also holds its own at the table: it pairs with composed salads, light fish dishes, sushi and pizzas with delicate toppings. It also suits fresh cheeses, carpaccios and grilled vegetables, offering a good contrast between sapidity and freshness. I recommend not serving it too cold so you can appreciate its aromas; ideal for informal dinners and summer days, it’s an easy-drinking rosé with character, suited to those seeking freshness and immediacy without sacrificing a certain elegance.
