Livia Fontana’s rosé presents a pale pink color and an immediate aromatic profile: small, just‑crushed red fruits, a hint of citrus and a touch of field flowers that do not overpower. The palate is linear, dominated by a fresh acidity that makes the wine flowing but not trivial; the structure is light yet balanced, with restrained softness that leaves room for a discreet saline note on the finish. Overall it is a well‑mannered wine, suited to those seeking cleanliness and pleasure without excess.

Served chilled it shows its best qualities: ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood starters, summer salads and dishes based on fish and vegetables; it also stands up well to delicate white meats. I recommend serving it around 8-10°C and drinking it relatively young to preserve its aromatic vivacity. A versatile choice for those who enjoy light wines with good balance and finesse, perfect for informal occasions and light meals.
