RosesRoses Rosato di Ottella presents itself with a luminous, powder-pink, crystalline color. The aroma is frank and immediate: small fresh red berries blend with delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus that keeps the tone lively without weighing it down. It is a rosé that favors aromatic clarity over abundance, with an elegant, measured character that leaves room for drinkability and invites a second glass.

On the palate the sip is slender and flowing, supported by lively acidity and a light saltiness that increases its persistence. The body remains restrained but substantial, balanced between softness and freshness; the finish is fresh, with a pleasant fruity return that doesn't tire. Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies salads, light seafood dishes, sushi and not overly aged cured meats. It is also suitable for simple wine-based cocktails and makes the table enjoyable in warm seasons; serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, to appreciate its finesse and drinkability.
