The Rosso Boldo DOC from Tremonti comes from the Colli di Imola and presents itself as an organic red wine intended for everyday use while showing care in grape selection. In the glass it displays a medium ruby color; on the nose it opens with notes of small red fruits, discreet herbal hints and a touch of spice, with clean, linear aromas. On the palate it is generally balanced, with moderate tannins, lively acidity and a medium body that makes it accessible without being trivial.

It pairs simply with cured meats, traditional tomato-based dishes, grilled white meats and medium-aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve it around 16-18 °C and to consume within a few years to appreciate its freshness and fragrance; a short decanting can help release the aromas. Being produced organically, it may interest those seeking wines from more attentive and responsible farming practices.
