Rosso Caldaria di Agriverde opens with a vivid ruby color and an aromatic profile focused on ripe fruit: cherry, plum and light spicy nuances that create a direct and sincere picture.

On the palate it is medium-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and a freshness that keeps it enjoyable without excess. Balance is the most convincing quality: it does not aim for extreme power but for a clean flavor texture, where sapidity and a pleasant softness alternate, delivering a smooth and satisfying sip. The finish is harmonious and of good persistence, with a memory of sweet spices that invites a second glass. It lends itself to thoughtful everyday drinking, accompanying traditional dishes such as grilled meats, rustic ragù and medium-aged cheeses; it should be served at around 16–18 °C to enhance its freshness and structure. Also ideal for convivial moments, it proves honest in the glass and suitable for those seeking a quality everyday red.
