The Rosso Piceno DOC Bacchus from Ciù Ciù is presented as an organic wine suitable for a vegan diet. Visually it shows a medium ruby red color; on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruit, light spicy hints and subtle herbal nuances. On the palate it tends toward a balance with medium intensity, restrained tannins and sufficient acidity to provide freshness. The overall impression is clean and straightforward, without excess, favouring drinkability and immediacy.

It is proposed as a versatile table companion: it can be paired with cured meats, tomato-based dishes, simple white meats and lightly aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature is around 16–18 °C with a short decanting if you wish to soften the aromas. Labeled organic and vegan, this Bacchus offers a practical and accessible choice for everyday meals or informal occasions.
