The Rosso Piceno DOC "Tarà" by Cocci Grifoni is an organic wine offering a direct, honest profile. In the glass it shows a ruby hue of medium intensity; on the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, light floral touches and a hint of delicate spice. The structure is medium-bodied, with smoothed tannins and a freshness that keeps the whole balanced, without exaggeration. It is a label aimed at those seeking a characterful everyday red, not overly complex but careful in aromatic clarity.

It pairs easily with everyday dishes: pasta with tomato sauce, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18 °C; a short decant can open its aromas if you prefer it slightly more evolved. The producer's organic choice is noticeable in the transparency of the fruit and the measured approach: a reassuring option for those who value sustainability without giving up a good quality-price ratio.
